All of our orders are guaranteed to be processed within 1-2 business days and require an average of approximately 5-12 business days for shipping with our "Free Shipping" option.

By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees and understands that any lost or damaged packages that leave any Stabiliq fulfillment centre become the responsibility of the customer and the respective third-party carrier. Nevertheless, as a valued customer, our Customer Support Team will do their absolute best to help resolve any issues that may arise as a result of shipping.

Please note that shipping is a service provided by a third-party carrier that is associated with a customer's order and unaffiliated with Stabiliq.

Stabiliq is responsible for all purchases up until the point it reaches the hands of any of our third-party shipping partners. Once a package leaves our hands, all shipping-related issues are completely out of our control. This means that any shipping issues must be handled directly by the respective third-party carrier, not Stabiliq.

As a customer, please double-check that you are sending the package to the correct mailing address. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you do notice an error.

Although we provide free worldwide shipping, we are not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong mailing address as a result of a customer-related input error during checkout.

By ordering from Stabiliq, the customer agrees that they have read and understood our shipping terms and conditions, and assumes all responsibility for their order as soon as their purchase leaves any one of our Stabiliq fulfillment centres.
